Q:   WHAT TIME ARE YOUR OFFICES OPEN UNTIL?

A:   We are open year round Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM by appointment only. During Tax Season (JAN 1ST - APRIL 15TH) we are open Sunday - Saturday 9AM - 10PM by appointment only.

Q:   WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

A:   We are located in Copiague, NY, but will travel anywhere in the Tri-State Area, please call to make an appointment.

Q:   WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

A:   We currently accept Cash, Personal Checks, VISA, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Q:   DO YOU ELECTRONICALLY FILE TAX RETURNS?

A:   Yes, we file all returns electronically unless otherwise requested by the taxpayer. Some tax returns and/or forms can not be filed electronically as the IRS or State Taxing Authorities do not support them, we will notify you when this happens.

Q:   WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?

A:   We provide Individual Tax Preparation and Small Business Accounting & Tax Services.

Q:   WHERE IS MY REFUND?

A:   To check the status of your refund please click on Where's My Refund, if you are still unable to find out the status of your refund please call our offices during normal business hours or email us at brian@bataxservice.com

Q:   WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED FOR MY TAX RETURN?

A:   Please check our Tax Checklist for documents you may need in order for us to prepare your return.

Q:   WHEN IS MY TAX RETURN DUE?

A:   All individual income tax returns are due on April 15th unless the 15th happens to fall on a weekend or holiday. In the event of a weekend or holiday the tax returns will be due on the next business day.
